OUR mission

Dana, the Sanskrit word for generosity, is a practice not typically associated with business transactions.  Indeed, most people view sales as a necessary evil, bordering on manipulation, if not outright dishonesty.  We therefore tend to avoid sales situations at all costs, hoping that the best products or services will naturally sell themselves.  Sales courses are also absent from most accredited business school curricula.

But entrepreneurs cannot afford to ignore sales.  Revenue is the only metric that truly matters.  And the best businesses succeed not by ruthless taking, but by consistently delivering value to their customers. 

Dana was created to change the perception of sales and arm entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills they need to grow their business. We believe that all entrepreneurs deserve access to high-quality advisors who can help them navigate the complexities of starting and growing a business. Victor is a creative and entrepreneurial sales professional with a passion for tackling big challenges.  He founded Dana after seeing too many startups make the same mistakes around sales planning, hiring and management. Victor began his career as an attorney, where he developed his communication and presentation skills.  He then leveraged these abilities in his first sales role at Northwestern Mutual, where he was recognized as one of the top young producers in the company.  Subsequently, Victor joined the entrepreneurial world, serving as Co-Founder & President of WellnessRebates, VP of Business Development at Apex Leaders LLC, and as a sales consultant to various B2B startups.  He is a graduate of Duke University and The George Washington University Law School.
